The back glass is made up of tempered glass, the same as the side glass. Often times it has defroster lines running through which help clear the frost. Depending on vehicle type it may have other features including a windshield wiper, diversity antenna and solar tint.
How to replace it?
In order to replace the back glass, first we vacuum out the old broken glass. Second we cut out the old adhesive and remove any attachments. Next we clean the contact surface, apply fresh adhesive and place the new glass in. Then reattach any attachments.
